What permits do I need for home solar?

You need to notify or apply to your local electricity authority and other relevant agencies. Our team handles all the paperwork for you, and we will explain the steps after the site survey.

How many kW can a single-phase home install?

It depends on your local electricity authority’s requirements. Our engineers will check your meter and electrical panel, then recommend the right size, or an upgrade to three-phase if needed.

How do I use the tax deduction of up to THB 200,000?

It is a government measure for home solar installation. You need an electronic tax invoice (e-Tax), which we can issue. Conditions and timelines follow the latest announcement.

Will my roof leak after installation?

Our engineers inspect your roof type and condition before installation, then choose the right mounting method for each roof type. Installation work comes with a 2-year warranty.

Does solar still supply power during an outage?

On-grid systems stop supplying power during outages for the safety of electricity authority workers. To have power during an outage, you need to add a battery system.

Which cards can I use for 0% installments over 10 months?

Eligible cards and installment terms will be provided with your quote.

Post-Installation Maintenance Guide

Solar systems need little upkeep. What homeowners can do is observe and notify our service team. Any work on the roof or electrical equipment should be left to our technicians.

For your safety, never climb onto the roof or hose down the panels yourself while the system is running.

  1. Check output in the app regularlyCompare units generated each month and contact the service team if output drops unusually
  2. Watch for dust and dirt on panelsThick dust, leaves or bird droppings reduce output. Contact our cleaning team rather than climbing onto the roof yourself.
  3. Check the inverter status lightsNote any message or code on the screen, then send a photo to the service team via LINE
  4. Don’t switch system equipment on or off yourselfIf unsure, always call the service team first
  5. Notify us before roof extensions or repairsso our team can remove and reinstall the panels correctly
