- Information you enter in the quotation request form, contact form or calculator, such as your name, phone number, email, company name, province or installation area, monthly electricity cost, and any details you provide
- Calculation results you see on the website, such as the recommended system size and the electricity cost you might save
- Technical data when you submit a form, such as the page it was submitted from, the source of your visit (UTM), date and time, and IP address, to prevent spam
We use data to
- Contact you, assess your site and provide a quotation as you requested
- Provide installation, system maintenance and after-sales services when you become a customer
- Prevent misuse of the website, and improve the website and our services
We use data based on the consent you give in the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your personal data.
Disclosure of data
Data will be used by the Company’s sales and engineering teams, and may be shared with service providers working on our behalf, such as website system providers, email providers or installation partners, only as necessary to provide the service, under confidentiality agreements, or where required by law.
Data retention period
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. After that period, we will delete the data or make it non-identifiable.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data, to request restriction of its use, to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before it.
